Reed Willar
Co-owner of RidgeCrest Home Sales
As the next generation owner of RidgeCrest Home Sales, Reed Willar has made great strides in learning all aspects of the business from the ground up. Upon graduating from Penn College, Reed put his engineering skills to use for a Pennsylvania based firm specializing in providing site/civil engineering, land development, and municipal engineering. In the spring of 2021, he decided to return to the area and bring his experience back to the family business. As plans fall in place for his eventual ownership of the company, he continues to take on more responsibilities of the daily operations. In his free time, you can find Reed staying active in the outdoors. Depending on the season, he may be skiing the slopes, fishing, or hiking and running trails. He’s competed in multiple races year-round, including the World’s End 100K. In addition to his outdoor activities, Reed is a PSU, Pirates, and Steelers fan, and enjoys traveling throughout the United States and abroad.
