Tia Willow
Sales Specialist / General Manager
Tia Willow has been with RidgeCrest Home Sales since 2007. She started as our Marketing Manager and has filled many different roles throughout her time with the company. Currently, she is the General Manger and head sales representative for RidgeCrest. Tia enjoys the opportunity to meet new customers and work with them throughout the entire sales and construction process.
A graduate of Penn State University, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and has worked in sales and marketing throughout her career. Away from work, she spends her time with her husband and kids. They enjoy many outdoor activities including camping weekends, beach vacations, kayak trips, and spending time at the lake. Depending on the season, you’ll find them cheering on Penn State and the Philadelphia Eagles!
