Karen Willar

In addition to the sale of manufactured and modular homes, Karen oversees the daily operations of RidgeCrest Home Sales, along with her husband, Curt Willar. As a second-generation owner/operator, Karen has a wide range of experiences in both retail sales, as well as community ownership and land development. Karen specializes in providing turnkey, affordable home packages for either community lots, or private site construction. She feels strongly about educating her buyers and walking them through the entire home
building process to meet and exceed expectations. Recently Karen has decided to narrow down her responsibility with the sale of her communities. With her sole focus on RidgeCrest Home Sales, she’s excited to see the business thrive as the next generation, Reed Willar, joins the family business.

In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family. Her and Curt love to travel and enjoy visiting Europe and the Caribbean. Recently she’s hiked two sections of the Appalachian Trail, and she also enjoys art projects, camping, gourmet cooking, and is an avid Penn State fan.
