Customer Support Specialist

Kylie started at RidgeCrest Home Sales in September 2022 as a Customer Support Specialist. Her main roles are focused on marketing and assisting with day-to-day tasks in the office. Kylie provides assistance during the sales process and coordinates service after the sale of a home is complete should work be needed.  Kylie attended South Hills School of Business & Technology where she earned a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing. Prior to starting at RidgeCrest Home Sales she had her own business as a virtual assistant but also has experience as a real estate assistant, human resources assistant, marketing director, and a life insurance sales associate.

Outside of work Kylie can usually be found spoiling her dogs or spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling to new places and going to country music festivals.
