Land Options

Many of our customers already own land or have found a lot to purchase prior to visiting our office. Others want to downsize and already know what community they’ll be moving to. But some are starting from scratch and need to find a place for their new home. RidgeCrest Home Sales has a variety of options available for those customers who need land assistance. 

Depending on your preferred area, there are lots available in several local land lease communities. As former owners of manufactured home communities, RidgeCrest Home Sales has great relationships with many local community owners. In a land lease situation, you would own the home and pay lot rent for the land. All lease paperwork must be signed prior to occupancy, and residents must abide by the rules and regulations.
